• Menstrual cycle, a number of treatment are not recommended during the menstrual cycle
• Pregnancy, Bali Ratu not recommended any stimulating body treatment during pregnancy
• Minimum age for spa treatment, guest must be 12 years and above to experience a spa treatment. Because of the nature of the Spa, children should not be present nor left behind in spa reception in order to assure a quiet environment
• Bali Ratu Kuta and Bali Ratu Ubud : Swimming pool is available. Guests should take their swimming suit and are able to enjoy swimming free of charge
• Bali Ratu Tiara : 4 VIP twin rooms are available for the guest to stay by US$10 per hour. The guests who finished our treatment are able to stay the room until your onward journey.  Free transfer to the airport also will be provided

• Please refrain from the shower for 8 hours after the treatment in order to let the cream penetrate into the body
• Please refrain from the greasy food for 4 hours after the waist treatment. Because the greasy food may disturb the resolution of fat inside the body with the cream
• We give you a warm mineral water after the waist treatment. It will help to resolve the fat and the poison.
